Job Title: Full-time Pharmacist

Locations: Gbagada, Ikeja, and Yaba, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Summary

The ideal candidate will be responsible for dispensing medications, offering expert pharmaceutical advice, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy.  

The role requires a licensed and dedicated professional who is committed to providing safe, ethical, and customer-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

● Accurately dispense prescription and over-the-counter medications.

● Provide counseling to patients on drug usage, side effects, interactions, and storage.

● Work with the superintendent pharmacist to ensure smooth operations and compliance with PCN guidelines.

● Maintain accurate records, including prescription logs and drug registers.

● Assist with inventory management—stocking, reordering, and checking for expired medications.

● Ensure all pharmacy practices are in line with current pharmaceutical laws and standards.

● Collaborate with pharmacy technicians and other staff to deliver high-quality service.

● Respond to customer inquiries and provide relevant health information.

● Participate in health awareness initiatives or pharmacy promotional activities as needed.

● Ensure cleanliness and organization of the dispensary area.

 Requirements

● Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) degree from a recognized institution with 3 years work experience.

● Must be a registered and licensed Pharmacist with the Pharmacists Council of Nigeria (PCN).

● Completed NYSC program.

● Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products and regulatory requirements.

● Excellent communication and customer service skills.

● Attention to detail and good organizational abilities.

● Ability to work efficiently in a team and under minimal supervision.

● Willingness to work weekends or in shifts, as required.

 Salary

N200,000 - N300,000 monthly.
